placing a multi-page pdf

When you "place", the file selection window that comes up has a checkbox at the bottom called Show Import Options. Check that and when you click on your doc it'll place the first page, when you click a second time in another place it'll place the second page, and so on.

    Here's another important thing about "show import options"...after you select the file, be sure to indicate where it should crop it to. Probably "trim" in most cases.
