Using PShop/Illustrator/InDesign CS2 most of the day.
InDesign??...
Bummed that, when using the Text Tool , 'ESC' doesn't shortcut me to 'SELECT' Tool, as it does in the others. Any other fancy trick for it... save having to fumble for my mouse and direct-click out of it?

Re: keyboard shortcuts out of Text Tool??
Thu, April 12, 2007 - 9:36 AMNot sure why that doesn't work for me. (I'm on a PC?)
Ctrl-A is the shortcut for Select All, so with the text tool in use, Ctrl-A just highlights all the text in the text box.
Am I missing something obvious, cuz I spend a lot of time with InDesign and would love to figure this out.
